Located in the southern region of Mauritius, La Vallée des Couleurs was established in 1998 after discovering its rare 23-coloured earth—a volcanic formation shaped by ancient mineral-rich lava. La Bigarade: Spacious lakeside restaurant with waterfall views and buffet/à la carte dining. Accommodates up to 700 guests. Ideal for groups, events, and authentic Mauritian dishes.
